Overview
This spectacular rammed earth home sits prettily on nearly 60 acres of land with incredible views, large shade and fruit trees. Originally designed and built for renowned artist Judy Chicago, the artistic heritage was continued when Tony Award Winning author and playwright Bernard Pomerance (The Elelphant Man) took over the property. Part of the unique aspects of this special place include volcanic ridge top outcroppings featuring 50,000 linear feet of Native American petroglyphs. The house enjoys a spacious open plan living area with a nicely separated large master suite and private studio, handsome library and the office in which Mr. Pomerance continued his creative writings.
