Chris Kramer moved to Santa Fe in 1991 directly after graduating from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine. In search of the mythological champagne powder of the Rocky Mountains, he worked nights managing bars and restaurants and spent his days on the slopes. Not long after, Chris met and married his wife, Lori Pearson Kramer. Together, they are raising three wonderful kids, two dogs, a cat and chickens. Their garden each summer provides a large bounty of homegrown delights.

Chris is the President and owner of Trafficdeveloper, a web design and digital marketing firm in Santa Fe. Chris began his career in SEO before Google even existed, promoting a new website for Christie's Great Estates, which his firm had just designed and built. This lead him down the road to form his own company, the purchase of a rival web development company, and now includes over 25 years experience in marketing luxury real estate online.In 2017, Chris became an Associate Broker with Sotheby's International Realty. He enjoys the challenge of finding the perfect property for his clients. His extensive knowledge of the Santa Fe real estate market, close connections with builders, landscapers, and other craftspersons are a great asset to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Santa Fe.
